The Daphne Three is an American Alternative trio from Houston, Texas.

Originally founded, in 2012 as Valens, the band put out 11 releases, several state tours and put a national tour under their belt by the time they decided to end the Valens chapter of their life on March 19, 2017.

On March 20, 2017, the band reformed as The Daphne Three. Those that have followed Perales’ and crew for a long time saw this coming, especially since their influences, ranging from Dinosaur Jr to The Replacements, were reflecting more in their writing.
